At Reenlo, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely across Bangladesh through Pathao Courier.
We currently deliver nationwide across Bangladesh.
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, political situations, or courier operational delays.
Inside Dhaka: ৳60–৳80 (may vary by weight)
Outside Dhaka: ৳120–৳150 (may vary by weight)
Exact shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 6 PM may be processed the next working day.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) via Pathao.
Please ensure your phone number is active and reachable.
Orders may be canceled if the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts.
Repeated order cancellations may result in COD restrictions.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or phone call.
You can track your order using the Pathao tracking system.
Delivery may fail if:
Incorrect address provided
Customer unreachable
Customer refuses to accept the order
In such cases, re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.
If the outer package appears damaged:
Record an unboxing video
Report within 24 hours of delivery
Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.
